A comprehensive retail store overlay and expansion comprising Sika-Trocal membrane overlay to the existing store metal roof cladding, and Kingspan Topdek roof panel to the new extension areas weathered in Sika-Trocal membrane.  Completed on schedule on a lump sum fixed price basis in September 2018 for our client.  

Completed July 2018 for our client Midas Retail Ltd.  Circa 2,200 m2 of Sika-Trocal membrane weathered Kingspan Topdek composite roof panel with internal Topdek valley / eaves gutters installed with Brett Martin Daylight Systems Marvault Ultra skylights.  All successfully completed on programme for a fixed price lump sum.  Working closely with our wall cladding partner contractor for seamless work package interfaces and cost efficiency.  

The new ASDA store utilized a mixture of Sika-Trocal weathered Topdek composite roof panel and KS1000RW composite roof panels, and was part of a larger build program known as Great Western Park for Stepnell Construction Ltd, comprising an additional stand-alone retail unit, and two apartment blocks with retail space weathered in Sika-Trocal single ply membrane.

Completed in March 2018 for Midas Retail Ltd, this new 28,145 sq ft store at Merstow Green in Evesham is situated on the old Evesham Fire Station site and utilises a mixture of Sika-Trocal weathered Kingspan Topdek composite roof panel and Kingspan Topspan composite roof panels weathered with fully bonded Sika-Trocal membrane. 

4,500 m2 - Sika-Trocal membrane weathered Topdek composite roof panel installation, with technical mansard / parapet wall interfaces and Brett Martin Daylight Systems barrel vaulted roof-lights.  We delivered excellent results on schedule with this complex fast-track programme completed in late autumn 2014 for ISG Retail. We worked closely with our client to understand their phasing requirements, and the successful outcome speaks for itself.

Circa 13,000 m2 of Sika-Trocal weathered Topdek composite roof panel and Lledó Sunoptics signature series skylights, all successfully completed on programme.  Working closely with our wall cladding partner contractor for seamless work package interfaces and cost efficiency.  This is a great example of delivering on our promise of quality work while ensuring absolute client satisfaction.

4,200 m2 - Sika-Trocal membrane weathered Topdek composite roof panel installation, with Lledó UK Sunoptics 4060 signature series polycarbonate skylights and continuous 'edge to edge' over parapet membrane weathering for a superior weather defence design.  We delivered excellent results on schedule with this fast-track programme completed in 2018 for Midas Retail Limited.

Circa 9,000 m2 of Sika-Trocal membrane weathered composite roof panel successfully completed within programme in January 2016 for ISG Retail.  Working in collaboration with our wall cladding partner contractor, it’s another great example of delivering on our promise of quality work while ensuring absolute client satisfaction.

BAM Nuttall was awarded the contract by Transport for London to refurbish the northbound carriageway of the Blackwall Tunnel. TFL had a difficult task with the refurbishment as they had to ensure the tunnel remained open to traffic during the day.

5,000 m2 - Sika-Trocal membrane weathered Topdek composite roof panel installation, with technical architectural roof and wall cladding interfaces, Northlight style polycarbonate roof-light glazing, South facing Solar photovoltaic panel installations. 

We delivered excellent results on schedule with this complex fast-track programme completed in late autumn 2014 for ISG Pearce. We worked closely with our client to understand their phasing requirements, and the successful outcome speaks for itself.

Circa 6,500m2 - Sika-Trocal membrane weathered Topdek composite roof panel installation completed for Russells Construction in Chatham Waters, Kent.  The ASDA store is part of a £650m regeneration scheme to the old Chatham docks.

Our roofing package was completed for a fixed cost and handed over ahead of schedule, contributing to Russells client hand over some five weeks ahead of schedule.

11,000 m2 - Composite roof panel installation, with complex tower rotunda's and waveform canopies, weathered in Kingspan's Topdek composite roof panels and Sika-Trocal membranes and ancillaries.  This project is a great example of delivering on our promise of quality work delivered on time, ensuring absolute client satisfaction.

Robertson Roofing was heavily involved in the renovation and expansion project at the site in Malmesbury.  We successfully installed the Trocal roofing system for the new Dyson 9 building, new Café, new Energy Centre, and renovation of existing units D3 & D4.  Glazed Northlight's were introduced to the Dyson 9 building utilising Kingspan's Topdek roofing panel weathered in Sika-Trocal membrane and linking with the existing roof system.

Completed in 2013 for our client Simons Construction, the development was a joint venture with Caerphilly County Borough Council (CCBC) and The Welsh Government, having been funded by Rockspring. 

We had installed a traditional built-up single-ply roofing system comprising the premium Sika-Trocal type 'S' membrane weathering, Kingspan PIR insulation boards, Sika-Trocal S-Vap500E vapour control layer, and Tata Steel trapezoidal metal roof deck.
